Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please take the time to read all information to ensure complete satisfaction.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours and I am unable to cancel for any reason.
I cannot make exceptions because: 
-- You failed to tell me that you needed an item by a specific date before you made your purchase.
-- You didn't read all information in regards to processing times.

If you're not satisfied with your order once you've received it, please email me so I can try resolve issues that are my error.
Buyer has 5 business days after delivery to contact me. If it is after 5 days I will be unable to issue refunds, exchanges or returns. Buyer must pay shipping if a return or exchange has been requested.

All my products are handmade and thus minor imperfections may occur. For more details on what polymer clay is, please refer to the FAQ page (under the 'About' section). I take time and care, and have high standards for my products, so any imperfections would be small and will not effect the overall product and function.
For example: small bubbles or a slight variance in colour from how it appears on your screen.
Thus, exchanges based on small imperfections such as these will NOT be granted.
Take the time to carefully read the description of each product before ordering. 

I will not exchange products that have been damaged from handling after delivery. Examples: intentionally bending or twisting your pieces, not storing or cleaning properly (see the FAQ page for details on jewelry care). 

If an order is cancelled for any reason, but a shipping label has already been purchased, I have the right to issue a partial refund.
Once the order has been handed over to Canada Post, I am no longer responsible for issues that occur during shipping, such as delayed delivery, lost, damaged or stolen items. I will not refund or offer an exchange for these items.

Shipping Policies

Ready-made earrings will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
My current processing time for made to orders is 7-10 business days for earrings to be made, and then shipped. Everything is handmade by me, with care, so please be patient.
Shipping time is dependent on your location and is additional to my processing time. 
In Canada, orders $100+ have free shipping. Please note, free shipping does NOT guarantee tracked shipping. It will depend on the amount of products in your order, and which size of box it fits into.
If you want the guarantee of an order arriving in time, I recommend choosing tracked shipping.

***TRACKED*** orders (Canada & US) are shipped flat rate $18 via Canada Post.

***INTERNATIONAL*** orders, your rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note ‘Small Packet International Air’ is NOT tracked. Once it’s been handed over to Canada Post I have no way of knowing where it is or how long until it reaches you, and thus it is out of my hands.

***UNTRACKED*** orders (Canada only) are shipped flat rate $5 via lettermail. 
Note: If you select lettermail, I will not be able to tell you where your package is. Once it’s been handed over to Canada Post I have no way of knowing where it is or how long until it reaches you, and thus it is out of my hands.
Lettermail parcels that have been lost during shipping are not eligible for a refund.

I do offer local pickup for the Barrhead/Neerlandia area. I will send you an email containing pickup details when your order is ready (3-5 business days for ready made, 7-10 business days for made to order).

Please note:
If you select the ‘local pickup’ option but are not local, (or change your mind and prefer shipping) I will send a shipping invoice, but will not ship the item until both an address has been supplied AND shipping invoice has been paid. 

Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post I am no longer responsible for it. Keep in mind that shipping is often delayed during holiday seasons.
Any delays, damages, or if it gets lost or is stolen is out of my control. 
When your order has shipped you will receive an email, which will include your tracking number so you can track where it is as it heads your way. I won't have access to more in depth tracking details.

Contacting Me

Any product/order inquiries need to be sent via email, or my websites contact form. Facebook messages, Instagram DM's etc tend to get lost, or hidden and I don't want you to have to wait for a reply! 
I am also a busy mum and wife, and so replies will happen during my working hours, and are not going to be immediate. Please be patient with me :)
